Perhaps this will be of use to someone.
For what moment today am I most grateful?
For what moment today am I least grateful?
There are many other ways to ask the same questions:
When did I give and receive the most love today?
When did I give and receive the least love today?
When did I feel most alive today?
When did I most feel life draining out of me?
When today did I have the greatest sense of belonging to myself, others, God and the universe?
When did I have the least sense of belonging?
When was I happiest today?
When was I saddest?
What was today’s high point?
What was today’s low point?

I like this very much. I’ve printed it, and will glue it into my journal so I can reflect on these questions every night, at least for a while, until it becomes more natural. Self-awareness and grace, yes. I’d like to use this to bring into my awareness where I am falling short, whether it is habitual, what triggers these failings, and also to practise gratitude. Thanks for this!

I find the daily awareness practice really critical for my day-to-day gratefulness…I hope it is a blessing for you as well…
